At this time most of our international orders need to be processed through Paypal.  Please email your requested order and paypal account to:  info@thepremierstore.com   We will then send  a paypal invoice.  All orders will not be finalized until the invoice is paid.  Not all of our products are eligible for international orders.

International customers please read:  We can not mark international shipments as gifts, or lower the value of the item you purchased on the customs declaration form.  Also we are not responsible for any duty or customs fees you may incur, or the time frame your package may take to clear customs.  Please take this information into consideration before making your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Orders in the Midwest, Eastern, Southeastern and Central states will be delivered in 1 - 3 Business Days
  • Orders in all Western, Southwestern and Pacific states will be delivered within 5 business Days
  • Orders in Canada will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days
  • Overseas International orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days


Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.  You will receive a tracking number when your order ships to check the progress and for the exact delivery date.

My card was declined. [Back to Top]

Your card will only be declined by our system for one of the following four reasons.

1) There were insufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the purchase.

2) You incorrectly entered your billing address.  Your billing address would be that of where you receive statements/bills from your credit card or bank.

3) You incorrectly entered the 3 digit code on from the back of your card.

4) You are using a card issued outside of the United States.  Our system is not currently set up to process all cards issued internationally.

If your card has been declined and you are sure that you met all of the above criteria, please first contact your financial institution to confirm that your card and account are in good standing.  If they have reassured you that everything is in working order and you are still having trouble placing your order please contact our customer service line at 877-742-2660 during business hours so we may assist you. 

PLEASE DO NOT REATTEMPT YOUR PURCHASE UNTIL ALL OF THE ABOVE CRITERIA HAVE BEEN MET! 

Doing so may cause multiple charges to be pending on your account.  When you submit an order for payment (regardless of your payment being declined or not) your financial institution reserves the funds for said purchase.  Premier never actually attains these funds until an order is completed.  You will know that your order has been completed when you receive an email to the address you entered for your account that will detail your order confirmation.  Please contact your financial institution to determine their terms and conditions regarding declined and pending transactions.

What is the Return Policy? [Back to Top]

Web store return and exchange policy:

Thank you for shopping with Premier.  Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card.  Under these circumstances Premier will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.  There will be no cash refunds for online sales.  Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for money back and return shipping paid for.  All other returns will be authorized at the discretion of Premier and return shipping will be paid at the customers expense.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

 

All returns must meet the following criteria:

 

Call 1-877-742-2660 or email info@thepremierstore.com within 5 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.

All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in mint condition.

All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt.

All returns must be received by Premier within 30 days of the invoice date.
