Web Store Return and Exchange Policy.

Thank you for shopping with Premier.  Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the product for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card.   Under these circumstances Premier will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. There will be no Cash Refunds for online sales. 

All Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Call (616) 742-2660 or email:  info@premierskateboarding.com  witin 5 days of receipt of goods for a Return Authorization.
• All goods must be returned in original packaging with all factory tags attached and in mint condition.
• All Returns must be accompanied with your original receipt.
• All Returns must be received by Premier within 30 days of the Invoice Date.

Returns not meeting this criteria will be refused.

Only returns of defective product or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for money back and return shipping paid for.  All other returns will be authorized at the discretion of Premier and shipping will be paid at the customers expense.  Original shipping fees are non refundable.
